Introduction: Chocolate Crinkles Cookies #hms2018
today we are making chocolate crinkles. I will go trough this with you as clear as possible. so lets get started
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups of all-purpose- flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon espresso (optional)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup confectioners
Step 1: Beat Together Cocoa Powder, Wight Sugar, Vegetable Oil
in a large bowl mix the cocoa powder, wight sugar, vegetable oil in an electric mixer or you can do it by hand with a wooden spoon.
Step 2: Add the Eggs and Vanilla
one at a time add the eggs mixing 30 seconds for each and then add the vanilla be careful not to over mix
Step 3: Add Baking Powder, Salt, and Espresso Powder
add the baking powder salt and the espresso if you are (using the espresso). then mix till well combind
Step 4: Cover and Chill
poor the dough into a bowl and cover it it with plastic wrap. put the dough in the fridge for 4 hours over night
Step 5: Roll and Place
preheat oven to 350 degreesF. then shift the confectioner sugar then grab small portions of the dough and roll in the confectioner sugar. place it 3-4
Step 6: Bake
Bake the cookies in the for 10-12 minutes if it'd still not bake put it back for 1-2 minutes
Step 7: Cool and Eat
set out the cookies to cool for a minute or two. than you are free to eat it
