Intro: Chocolate Peanut Butter Ritz Cookies

Have you ever had Ritz cookies? I had my first taste of these amazing Ritz cookies of few weeks ago when one of my co-workers brought it in to share with everybody at work. I'm not a huge cookie person so I was hesitant at first to try one and when I did try one I was completely shocked when I found out what kind of cookies they were. I was in love with these cookies.

I'm no baker and thankfully these holiday cookies are easy to make because require ZERO baking. These chocolate peanut butter no-bake Ritz cookies are a sweet, salty, and chocolatey snack that everybody will enjoy (except for those who have a nut allergy). There's only three ingredients and make the perfect last-minute addition to all of your other wonderful holiday baking.

STEP 1: Ritz

I like to do the Ritz sandwiches first only because melting the chocolate requires your full attention so that you don't burn the chocolate in the microwave.

Grab a Ritz cracker, spread some peanut butter/hazelnut spread/(or whatever filling you choose to use) on one side, and top it off with another cracker. Repeat until all the crackers have been sandwiched together.

STEP 2: Melt, Dip, Cool

Melt the chocolate according to the instructions on the back of the packaging.

Take a Ritz sandwich and submerge it into the chocolate. Use a fork to scoop the sandwich and place it on wax paper. I didn't have any wax paper on hand so I used a tin foil pan and it worked out great, plus no sticking!

Allow the cookies to cool for up to 45 minutes to an hour before enjoying.

STEP 3: Great for Every Occasion

Add finishing touches of bite size m&ms or even Heath candy sprinkled over top. You need to make sure you add the finishing touches while the chocolate is still melted.

Whether you decide to box them for friends and family this holiday season or eat them all in one sitting (which I probably would do if I didn't have 100 things going on around me all at once!), these are delicious, budget-friendly, and is made under an hour! Go & get your holiday "bake" on!

This is too good not to try to make it!
So what do you use the Jif chocolate cheesecake hazelnut for? I don’t see any mention of it in the directions.
I used it in place of the peanut butter for half of the cookies I made. Thanks for bringing it up, I edited and added the jif hazelnut spread in step 1
I'm not even sure how I managed to get by all these years without knowing of such amazing existence!
