Introduction: Chopping a Cucumber, Pro Style
Well..pro style.. It's how I do it. There are quicker ways, but this works best when at home, having only a small cutting board.
All there is to it: SHARP knife. Simple as that. Sped up a little, but it usually takes me about 30-40 seconds for a cucumber with this technique. Sorry for the vertical video syndrome!
The wrap-up: Cut of ends, cut in coarse pieces, make thin strokes, divide and chopchop!
I'm going to enter this in the burning questions contest, even though it is unasked for. It's a skill that needs to be spread!
Coming up later: chopping peppers and onions!
**disclaimer: I am not responsible for unnecessarily cut cucumbers (because it looks cool)**
**disclaimer II: Cut cucumbers, not fingers!**
