These quick and easy cinnamon roll intestines are a great treat that anyone can make to serve during Halloween! There are no major allergy restrictions for this recipe. If you are allergic to either milk or wheat, you may buy a different brand of cinnamon rolls to satisfy your needs
Supplies
Two 8 packs of Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls
Red Food Coloring
Knife
Small Bowl
One Tin Baking Pan
Aluminum Foil
Step 1: Prepare the Cinnamon Rolls
Open the two packages of cinnamon rolls and roll each individual one into thin segments. Then, place them on a sheet of aluminum foil in the tin pan. Each segment should be roughly 4-6 inches long (or 10.16-15.24 centimeters in Metric units).
Step 2: Bake the Cinnamon Rolls
Organize the segments into random patterns to resemble intestines. Put the cinnamon rolls into the oven at 375° for 8-10 minutes.
Step 3: Add Food Coloring
Add 6 drops of red food coloring into the two icing cups that came with the cinnamon rolls and mix in a bowl until it is evenly distributed. If you want a more red tint, we recommend more drops of food coloring, and less if you want a more pink tint.
Step 4: Add the Icing on Top of the Cinnamon Rolls
Spread the “blood” (red icing) over the cinnamon rolls after they are done baking. You may also choose to add a bloody knife for decoration.
