Coffee or Cinnamon-Orange Cupcakes With Carmel Cream Cheese Frosting

This is suuuuuper easy, and delicious!

Coffee Cupcakes
1 box of Jiffy Yellow Cake Mix (That's what I used, you can use whatever kind you'd like)
Substitue the amount of water on the box with cold coffee
1 Tablespoon coffee grounds (I used folgers Chocolate truffle)

Orange Cupcakes


Frosting
8oz Bar of cream Cheese
1 stick of Butter
2 Splashes of Carmel Creamer
1 Cup Powdered Sugar

Those look great, especially given the lack of proper baking equipment. I dig any food that can be prepared using meager campus resources. A million bonus points for making cupcakes on a George Foreman grill.
