Colored PET With Patented Master Batch

We made a master batch. When 10% was added to an extrusion of fiber, we were able to dye it at low temperatures.  This is important because it usually takes a pressure dye machine to apply this type of color.  We now save 70% of the energy used to dye fiber and we use material recovered from waste beverage bottles.
