I've always wanted a web site but usually there are bugs in the website maker or it gives you a bad domain name or a sub domain (ex: something.something.com) well after a long time of searching I realised that you cant just get a domain for free but you can redirect it. Now I can make a web site and get a domain like this: something.tk not good but it's the shortest you can get.

Step 1: Making the Web Page
If you have no experince with websites I suggest you use a web site maker. I recomend sites.google.com
but there are others like zoomshare.com (not recomended it has lots of bugs)
or webpaint.com

Make a simple web site on these.
They will also host your webpage so there's nothing to worry about.

Step 2: Getting the Domain Name
If you used zoom share your current domain name should look like this something.zoomshare.com
If you used shutterfly it should look like this: something.sutterfly.com
If you used google sites it should look like this: http://sites.google.com/site/something/
Enter your url here: http://www.dot.tk/en/pageA00C1A.html then in the bar under "The web address will be renamed to... " rename your web site. Type the letters you see in the box (they might be slow on loading up) and click "NEXT" (not comfirm). Make sure the dot is next to free domain. Enter your email. Then sign up under "Create a My Dot TK account". Now you can manage your domain name.
