Step 1: Machine base

For the creation of the base, the length, width and height of the base are 1200*800*400mm respectively, to establish the base level, draw the sketch, stretch the sketch, fillet and other operations. Finally, with the support of fixed laser head and shaft, the machine base is completed.
Step 2: Laser head
Laser head processing, laser head advantage is the use of non-contact processing, will not cause mechanical extrusion or mechanical stress on the material. No "knife mark", do not damage the surface of the workpiece; It doesn't deform the material. Without the limitation of processing quantity, laser processing is cheaper for small batch processing service.
For the creation of laser head, according to the laser head data collected on the Internet and in books, we built a sketch of 40*40mm, then stretched, then dug grooves and other operations, and finally modified the details of the laser head, and the laser head was completed.
Step 3: motor
Our laser engraving machine has three stepper motors, each of which has a shaper connected to its corresponding lead screw to control the movement of three axes, namely x axis, y axis and z axis.
For the creation of the motor, we looked up information on the Internet, and then created a 50*50mm square sketch, and then stretched, rounded corners, and finally confirmed the processing width of lead screw, 15mm, and then screw .
