Introduction: Control

1.Laser engraving machine is used for carving various materials including plastic, bamboo, jade, leather, cloth, wool and other non-metallic materials. (for conventional CO2 laser laser engraving machine carved metal materials including stainless steel, copper, aluminum, carbon steel, iron, aluminum alloy and all kinds of metal alloy) of laser equipment. Laser engraving function to improve the efficiency of the sculpture, make was carved in the surface of the smooth, rounded, quickly lower the temperature of the carved of nonmetallic materials, reduce the deformation and internal stress carved; It can be widely used in the field of fine carving on various nonmetallic materials.

2.Laser engraving does not need to contact with the carved workpiece, so many fixtures and tools are eliminated, and the workpiece will not produce internal stress after marking, to ensure the original accuracy of the workpiece. No corrosion to the working surface, no "tool" wear, no poison, no pollution. The high precision of laser engraving is especially suitable for the processing of complex graphics. Marking will not be due to environmental relations (touch, acidic and attenuating gas, high temperature, low temperature, etc.) and fade, with high anticounterfeiting.Laser marking is processed bynonmechanical "light knife" and can be printed on any regular or irregular surface. The marking speed is fast and the marking is formed once, the energy consumption is small, so the operation cost is low. Although the equipment input of laser marking machine is larger than that of traditional marking equipment, the operation cost of using laser marking machine is much lower. The computer controlled laser beam can move at high speed (up to 5 ~ 7 m/s), marking process can be completed in a few seconds.

Step 1: Machine base

Machine base we use support structure, safe and stable, to ensure the normal operation of the machine. Material choice aluminum material, aluminum performance is good, light and strong.

For the creation of the base, the length, width and height of the base are 1200*800*400mm respectively, to establish the base level, draw the sketch, stretch the sketch, fillet and other operations. Finally, with the support of fixed laser head and shaft, the machine base is completed.

Step 2: Laser head

Laser head processing, laser head advantage is the use of non-contact processing, will not cause mechanical extrusion or mechanical stress on the material. No "knife mark", do not damage the surface of the workpiece; It doesn't deform the material. Without the limitation of processing quantity, laser processing is cheaper for small batch processing service.

For the creation of laser head, according to the laser head data collected on the Internet and in books, we built a sketch of 40*40mm, then stretched, then dug grooves and other operations, and finally modified the details of the laser head, and the laser head was completed.

Step 3:  motor

Our laser engraving machine has three stepper motors, each of which has a shaper connected to its corresponding lead screw to control the movement of three axes, namely x axis, y axis and z axis.

For the creation of the motor, we looked up information on the Internet, and then created a 50*50mm square sketch, and then stretched, rounded corners, and finally confirmed the processing width of lead screw, 15mm, and then screw .

Step 4:  Assemble the parts

Assemble the parts using a rigid connection.

Step 5:  Assemble the parts

The assembled machine tool is rendered to make it look more real.
