Introduction: Cool Spiral Zucchini (Raw Spaghetti)
So summer is coming and so are the zucchini! Yeah!
This recipe is so yummy and fresh. The way to create this dish is to bring out some unique kitchen tools. I always wanted to experiment with a "spiral peeler". With this tool you can sculpt the zucchini into noodle like strands. Next, use a blender/extractor to create a delicious sauce. Use your lemon squeezer to add some juice.
Step 1: You Will Need These Veggies. Here Is the Basic Receipe for the Sauce.
Wash the veggies.
Sauce:
2 cups carrots
1/4 cup raw walnuts
1/4 cup water
1/2 lemon juice
1/4 Tsp sea salt
3 Tbsp fresh dill / fennel
Add water to cover the contents.
Toss these veggies into your blender/extractor. Blend for approximately 10 seconds. Put to the side.
Step 2: Start Making Your Long Zuchinni. This Is the List of Veggies Needed for the Pasta
Pasta:
2 medium zucchini, spiralized (Use the larger blade opening)
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 1/2 You choose if you want to cut them the long or short way
1/2 bunch scallions, sliced
Optional: 3 Tbsp raw shelled hemp seeds plus more for garnish
Step 3: Plate and Enjoy
Add pepper to taste.
Swirl the spiralized zucchini onto your fork. (Feel free to roll your bite into a spoon).
ENJOY and don't forget to clean the cool kitchen tools!

I found the slicer at bed bath and beyond for about $15. They let me use my $5 coupon, so it was only ten bucks!

Great Deal!! I got mine on Amazon for a similar price because it was pink and cheaper. Who knew?
I also found that the holding attachment doesn't work with zucchini. The vegetable is too soft for the spikes.
Have fun with your slicer.
