All vegetables taste better when covered in this easy dip.

Step 1: Mix Base

Combine the following:

~2c sour cream
~1/2c mayonnaise
2-10 cloves garlic, grated

Mix and taste. The base should taste mellow, slightly sweet, with a little garlic bite.

Step 2: Add Seasonings

Combine the following:

1/2 onion, finely chopped
bunch dill, finely chopped
1/2 lemon, juiced
dash of Worchestershire or soy sauce
salt & fresh ground pepper to taste

Stir and taste. Adjust seasonings as necessary. The flavors wll mellow and mingle if allowed to sit, so making this dip ahead and storing it in the refrigerator is preferable.

Step 3: Serve

Serve with a selection of chopped fresh vegetables such as carrots, celery, peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, green beans, or jicama.

Unused dip should store in the refrigerator for just under a week.
