you need an ender 3 3d printer, and optional paint or spray paint.

First, you have to make your design.

I used a website called Sketchup, but you could also use an app called Fusion 360.

I did height: 5mm width: 15 depth: 3

Then you have to print

Then if you want you can spray paint or paint to the color of your choice.
