Introduction: Csampa's Champion Chicken

You should make Csampa's Champion Chicken because it is crispy and crunchy and satisfying to eat. This recipe is easy and does not require a lot of dishes. Don't forget this chicken is for champions and I made Champion Chicken because there is lots of protein and Csampa's Champion Chicken is tasty.

Supplies

  1. 1 Kg boneless Chicken Thighs
  2. 2 tsp Salt
  3. 1 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  4. 2 1/2 tsp Paprika Powder
  5. 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  6. 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  7. 1 Egg
  8. 1/2 Cup Water
  9. 1 3/4 Cup Plain Flour
  10. 1 tsp Onion Granules
  11. 1 tsp Mustard Powder
  12. 300 ml Oil

Step 1: Mix Dry Ingredients

Mix dry ingredients in a paper bag (large enough bag for all the chicken). Put chicken thighs into the paper bag with all dry ingredients. shake the bag with all the spices and chicken

Step 2: Heat Up Oil

Add the 300ml of oil to your pan and heat up to 350 degrees.

Step 3: Wet Mix

Beat the eggs in a bowl with water.

Then dip the already coated chicken in the eggs and water mixture.

Then coat the chicken with the dry ingredients a second time.

We coat it twice for a crunch and for the taste.

Step 4: Time to Fry

Fry the chicken in the heated oil. Fry on each side approx for 5 min.

Place on paper towel to dry.

Let it cool for a few minutes then enjoy

Step 5: Reflections

when I was cooking the chicken it needed more salt and spices the breading needed more seasonings. Tasted great and turned out how I wanted.
