Basically a cup is placed on a car with a magnet inside holding down the cup. People tend to scream at your car trying to tell you about it. Fun, fun, fun.
Step 1: Your Cup
What you need:
A plastic/paper/styrafoam cup
A small disc magnet
Glue
Assembly:
1. Place a drop of glue on your magnet.
2. Place in cup.
Manual:
Place cup on top of the car you will be driving in. Begin to drive. And by the way, don't go to fast or it will fall off and you will be put on death row for littering.
Note: You should use an opaque cup. If people see it empty, it won't be funny.
