Step 1: You Will Need
1 pair of high waisted shorts ( i used dark jean high waisted short)
1 white tank top(i used a plain white but a lace would probly be a bit cuter!)
Chucks! Aka converse ( i used black and white)
A cute hat ( i used a what i call "michael jackson or neyo hat"!)
Stud earrings
Step 2: Put It All Together and U Get!!
A simple yet cute outfit! I think hat jus adds extra umph!! If u dont like hats try a cute flower in your hair, necklace or cute hairdo ! Have a great day!!
