This is an entry for the Copy Cat Challenge and Maker Mom's contest. Bakers twine is used for embellishing all kinds of things. It is rather expensive in my opinion so I decided to try something different. Follow through and I will show you how easy it is. Step 1: Supplies
Baling Twine Please read bottom note.
Soap.

I got mine from a friend of mine who owns cows. Some farmers still use baling wire but not very many.

Step 2: Tools
Scotch tape
Scissors
Empty spool
Towel
Step 3: Wash
Trim off how much twine you will need.
Wash the twine with the soap.
Rinse well.
Dry.
Wash the twine with the soap.
Rinse well.
Dry.
Step 4: Tape
Tape the end of the twine.
Step 5: Roll
Roll onto the spool.
Step 6: Sunshiine's Final Thoughts
That was easy wasn't it? Now take the twine and embellish something beautiful! This version is heavier than cotton and more difficult to tie into a bow. The tie can be glued or taped to hold the shape. There are many good uses for this type of twine.
