Introduction: DIY Bone Folder
Here, I made a bone folder. This came in handy when I first started crafting in 2019 and didn't have all the supplies. I was still figuring out where I wanted to go and if it was something I wanted to stick with. I had the large popsicle sticks and decided to make one.
When you test this baby out, you'll find that it works just as well as a store-bought bone folder. Check out the video for this quick 3-minute project.
Supplies
- Glue
- Popsicle sticks (any size works)
- Binder clips
Step 1: Glue
- Add a generous amount of glue to one popsicle stick.
Step 2: Put the Sticks Together
- Place the other popsicle stick on top of the glued half and even out as much as possible.
Step 3: Clean It Up
- Be sure to clean the glue off the edges as best you can to avoid having a lumpy bone folder.
Step 4: Hold It Together & Dry
- Add binder clips and let dry
Step 5: The Finishing Touches
If you find there are lumps on the side of your bone folder, get a piece of sandpaper or file to smooth it out.
