Introduction: DIY Brain Cake
Hi! Wellcome to Do It Like a Boss! Today we're gonna try to make brain cake!
Step 1: Prepare the Red Velvet Cake
For the red velvet cake, use one and half cup of sugar, half cup of unsalted butter and quarter cup of vegetable oil. Mix them until they blended well. Add three eggs and two teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix them again until they become creamy.
Step 2: Prepare the Red Velvet Cake
Jig in two and half cup of flour, quarter cup of cocoa powder, hald teaspoon of salt and 2 teaspoon of baking powder. Add red food dye in one cup of milk and pour it in your mixer. Mix them again.
Step 3: Bake the Red Velvet Cake
When you mix them nicely, get your bowl and pour our red velvet cake mixture in it. Bake it at three houndred degrees for ninety minutes.
Step 4: Prepare the Buttercream Frosting
For the buttercream frosting, beat one cup of butter until it becames creamy. It takes 5 minutes. After that, slowly add 3 cup of icing sugar and beat them again. Finally add 2 tablespoon of milk and mix it.
Step 5: Covering With Frosting
Take your cake and give a basic brain shape. Cover it with buttercream frosting. Now wait until it's cool off at fridge.
Step 6: Give Brain Folds Shape
Meanwhile, get your skin color fondant and roll it into tubes. Take your cake and recreate random brain folds with them top of it.
Step 7: Bleeding :)
Let's bleed that fresh brain! For that, apply bloody cherry jam.
Step 8: Viola!
And here we are, we have bloddy yummy brain for zombies taste! You can serve it your halloween party for the dessert. Believe me, they will shout like braaaiiiinzzzz.

I admire your creativity. I was scared you were going to be using a brain-shaped cake mold, and just decorating it, and calling that DIY. Nope, you are awesome, and I love your creativity!
