Step 1: Cut a Loading Port Into the PVC Pipe As Shown (length Is Builders Choice).

Step 2: Bind Another Piece of PVC to the Newly Cut PVC in the Shape of a Cross.

Step 3: Create a Pouch to Encase the Projectile While Inside the Crossbow

Step 4: Link Rubber Bands to Create a Slingshot With a Lot of Tension
