Introduction: DIY Electric Screwdriver With Flashlight / Torch Rechargable

I made a Electric Screwdriver With Flashlight / Torch which has Rechargable Li-ion Battery. The case can be easily printed with 3D printer. It has a DPDT switch to control clockwise/anticlockwise rotation a big Tactile/Push Button to switch to on/off the motor. And a small Tactile switch to on/off torch/flashlight. Also it's battery can be easily recharged by any mobile charger.All the components are easily available.

Step 1: Components Required

1. USB charger Module 134N3P

2.Led 5mm

3.DPDT 6 pin switch

4.Tactitle Switch Big

5.Tactitle Switch small

6.N20 Geared Motor

7. 18650 Battery

e-Screwdriver case can be be 3D printed with 3D printer. You can download the file .

Step 2: Soldering the Components

As per the circuit diagram solder the components. First you need to remove the USB port from Charger module. we will use the usb port +/- pin for output power supply. You can check the video for detailed instruction.

Step 3: Assembling the Components

Now Just assemble the components & done . First motor next battery & other components. Check video for detail instruction.
