Introduction: DIY Filament Box/Filament Dry Box (3D PRINT))

Here I present you my self-made dry box/ filament box.

You can find the structure in the steps.

DHT 11 sensor

LCD 1602 display

10k Ω potentiometer

Step 1: Wiring/Soldering/ Upload the Code

First I have a circuit board ( to plug in the arduino) with a 10k Ω potentiometer (for te LCD display) and soldered a few more VCC and GND connections. Next I connected the components and uploaded the code.

Step 2: 3D Printing

Then I 3D printed some parts for my "Dry box":)

Step 3:

Now I´ve pressed the ball bearings into the rollers.

Step 4: Saw the M8 Threaded Rods.

Next I have marked and sawed off the threaded rods.

Step 5:

In this step i screwed the threaded rods into the bracket.

Step 6:

Then I made holes for the PTFE tube- holder with a soldering station. Shortly afterwards I attached the holder with srews.

Step 7: Mark and Cut Out

At first I marked the edge of the display. Then i cut the sketch out from the box.

Step 8: Cut the PTFE Tube

Step 9: Finish !
