Today, I will show you how to make USB mini speaker system with PAM8403 amplifier module and Cardboard.

It's very easy with cheap materials.

Step 1: List Components

- 2x Speaker 4 Ohm, 3W

- 1x 3.5 Audio jack

- 1x USB Cable Power

Step 2: Make Sound Box

Using a cardboard and make sound box

Step 3: Connecting Speaker and PAM8403

Soldering 2 speakers with PAMP8403 module.

And then connect USB power (+5VDC) to PAMP8403 following diagram like image above.

Step 4: Decorate

Design in Photoshop and printer it.

Step 5: Done and Test

Connect USB power to PC or powerbank and AUX to your PC or mobile phone to play music.
