DIY Pallet Coaster

Pallet coaster from reclaimed walnut wood.

Step 1: Cutting

Cut 2 types of pieces:
- 1.7 cm x 0.3 cm x 10 cm (L)
- 1.7 cm x 0.3 cm x 1.7 cm (L)

Every single pallet requires 11 boards (10cm long) and 9 squares (1.7 by 1.7 cm)

Step 2: Glue

Glue first theese pieces together, every pallet needs 3 of theese components. Let dry for an hour

Step 3: Glue (2)

Using a square guide 10 by 10 place 5 boards upside down as shown and glue the other 3 pieces on it. Clamp or simply apply some weight on each pallet and let dry.

Step 4: Ready!

After a few hours your pallet will be ready. Take the pallets out of the guide and after a little bit of sanding here it is! Some little pallet coaster ready To use in your kitchen or in your bar
