- Plaster Mold
- Creative Brushes
- Glazing Resin
- Polisher & sandpaper
- Silicone Mat, Scraper& Anti-Slip Pads
Step 1: Craft the Mini Elements
Pour colored plaster into the tiny molds – puppy, teapot, cup, little girl. Let cure fully, then demold. These sweet pieces are the soul of your coaster!
Step 2: Arrange & Pour
Place the mini elements inside the large coaster mold. Pour in fresh plaster and let it set completely. Demold – your design is already looking perfect!
Step 3: Fill Fine Details
For intricate parts (like teapot spouts), add a tiny bit of extra plaster to make every line plump and crisp.
Step 4: Wet Sand
Once demolded, lightly wet-sand the surface and edges. A little patience here = buttery-smooth feel.
Step 5: Hand-Paint Details
Use Pattern Transfer Cards for perfect consistency, or freehand doodle & color – instant personality!
Step 6: First Glaze Coat
Place coaster on a silicone mat, elevate with small supports. Mix Epoxy Resin Glaze Coat, spread gently with a scraper. Let it self-level and cure ~24 hrs – watch the magic shine appear.
Step 7: Second Glaze Coat
After 24 hrs, add one more thin layer for extra clarity, depth, and that irresistible handmade gloss.
Step 8: Finish the Back
Sand any uneven spots on the bottom, stick on anti-slip pads. Done – your one-of-a-kind coaster set is ready for tea time!
