If you need a very compact slingshot, then a pocket slingshot might come in handy.

Just be aware that we are about to make something potentially dangerous, with enough power to break glass.

Alright, let's begin!

Step 1: Gather the Tools

The only tools you will need are:

Scissors

Optional (but recommended)

Wood saw
Sandpaper
File / rasp

Step 2: Make the Slingshot "frame"

A slingshot needs 3 or 4 things to wreck havoc:

- A frame

- A pouch

- The band

And lastly, the payload.

To make the frame, you'll have to "decapitate" a bottle.

You have to cut the neck of the bottle, then smoothen the sharp edges, try your best with the tool you used to cut the bottle, then use anything you can to smoothen the edges (to avoid cutting the "pouch")

Step 3: Make the Pouch

A slingshot needs a pouch & a band, well here, the balloon will serve both as a pouch & the band.

To make the pouch, cut the balloon about 1,5-2 inch of the neck.

Try to make a clean cut.

Just make sure the "pouch" doesn't have any holes (even macroscopic), since the pouch will eventually burst when trying to shoot.

Step 4: Assembling the Slingshot

The time has come to assemble the slingshot.

Remove the (black) band from the bottle head, but we want it, don't mess with it (don't throw it, just let it be!)
Put the balloon on the bottle head.
Try to eliminate wrinkles.
Replace the band.
Gently roll the excess balloon back to the head.
