Let's Start

Step 1: Features

Output Power

  • 35 Watt x 1 @ 4Ohms

Input Power

  • 16 - 24V DC

Built-in Protection

  • Over Load Protection
  • Short Circuit Protection
  • Over Heat Protection

Step 2: Thing I've Used

LCSC

Step 3: Sponsor

Today's Article is Sponsored by lcsc.com

They are the Largest Electronics Components Supplier From China Ready to Ship within 4 Hours and they ship World Wide

Step 4: Circuit Diagram

You can see the circuit diagram to make it easier

Step 5: Soldering

You can see the image it looks messy, you can easily use perf board but in this video, I'm doing this in an easy way

  • First I've connected 22K Resistance to 2 and 4 Pin of TDA2050
  • I've connected a 22uf capacitor to the 2nd pin of TDA2050
  • 680 Ohms Resistances to the 3rd pin of TDA2050 and the negative pin of the 22uf capacitor
  • 3 22K Resistances to pin 1,3 and 5 Pin of TDA2050 and connected all the Resistance together " see the image "
  • Negative Pin of 100uf Capacitor to the 3rd pin of TDA2050 and the positive pin to the 3 Resistances
  • 2.2 Ohms Resistance to the 4th pin of TDA2050
  • 0.47uf capacitor to the 3rd pin of TDA2050 and 2.2 Ohms Resistance " see the image "
  • Negative Pin of the 2.2uf capacitor to the 1st pin of TDA2050
  • Positive pin of the 1000uf capacitor to the 4th pin of TDA2050

Step 6: Connection

Red and Black wire to 3rd and 5th Pin of TDA2050

  • Green wire to Negative of the 1000uf capacitor
  • Signal wire to Positive of the 2.2uf capacitor

Input Power

  • The black wire is ground and Red wire is Positive

Speaker Output

  • Green wire is Speaker Output with Ground

Source Input

  • Signal wire is for signal input with Ground

Step 7: Heat Dissipation

  • I used a medium size Heat Shink for Heat Dissipation with a little bit of thermal compound

Step 8: Setup and Enjoy

  • I've used a 24V SMPS to power the Amplifier
  • And used a bookshelf speaker
