Intro: DOUBLE CHOCOLATE NUT CREAM

My mom teach me how to do this healthy delicious cream.

It is fast and easy to make.

STEP 1: WHAT YOU NEED

Ingredientes:

-200 g roasted hazelnuts ;

-60 g black chocolate (70% cocoa);

-60 g white chocolate.

Tools:

-a jar;

-two microwavable cups.

STEP 2: BLEND THE NUTS

Blend the nuts until they became a cream. Be patient, and do it until nice and smooth.

Other kind of nuts are good too, just make sure they are toasted, or they won't turn in to a cream, but just in to a granola.

STEP 3: ADD THE CHOCOLATE

Pour the nut cream in two microwavable cups, and add the chocolate.

The amount of nut per chocolate can variate, depending on how hard or creamy you like your cram. Also in the winter you may like to use more nuts, in the summer more chocolate, due to the room temperature.

(more chocolate equal harder cream, more nuts equal creamier cream).

STEP 4: MICROWAVE

Microwave for less than a minute, open every 10 seconds or so to turn.

Do not burn, the nut cream need to became just a little hot, and than all the chocolate will melt as you turn.

STEP 5: MIX

Mix well the two creams.

STEP 6: POUR

Pour at the same times in your jar, one on the left, one on the right.

STEP 7: DONE

You are done, enjoy!

No, because the chocolate is already sweet.

This way it come out perfectly sweet, not too much, not too little.

That looks sooooooo good that I'm tempted to buy a blender just for that...
