Introduction: Deep Fried Asparagus

When I was a kid I barley ate vegetables but throughout the years I started liking asparagus. On the other hand I have always liked fried food, especially the crunch. Based on my love for asparagus and fried foods, I want to fry my favorite vegetable and make it have the best crunch. In addition, I think that paring the fried asparagus with a ranch style sauce, will make it the best apetiser or afternoon snack.

Supplies

  • Pan
  • knife
  • cutting board
  • spoon
  • plates
  • Asparagus
  • butter
  • lime
  • mayo
  • paprika
  • oil
  • flour

Step 1: Preparing the Asparagus

  1. Cut asparagus to a preferable size.
  2. in a bowl add 1 yellow lime, oil, paprika and mix.
  3. pour evenly on asparagus .
  4. pour a little bit of oil and a little cube of butter on a pan.
  5. let the asparagus sit for a few minutes and then take out.

Step 2: Frying

before frying you want to create a mixture to make it delicious.

  1. add 1/3 of a cup (flour)
  2. garlic powder (as much as you want)
  3. Paprika
  4. touch of salt
  5. cup of water
  6. mix
  7. more flour to the asparagus and mix
  8. put the asparagus on the mixture
  9. make sure the are really covered
  10. then put them in pan for 5 minutes
  11. put the fried asparagus in a plate with paper towel to take exes off.

Step 3: Secret Sauce

in the first step we did a mixture to cook the asparagus before frying them.

  1. poor mixture in bowl
  2. add mayo
  3. mix
  4. serve

Step 4: Serve
