In this Instructable I will show you how to make the buttons on a Windows Xp desktop non-clickable. A helpless victim won't be able to click any button at all. This Instructable is pretty easy and can be done by anyone who has changed the desktop background and used print screen.

Step 1: Print Screen

The first thing you need to do is close all windows, then you hit the print screen button on your keyboard. Open up Microsoft Paint, paste in the picture of the desktop and save it.

Step 2: Vanishing Buttons

After you have saved the desktop picture, right click on your actual desktop and go to arrange icons as, and click the show desktop icons button. This will make all of your icons disappear.

Step 3: Smoke and Mirrors

Right click your desktop again and click properties. Go to the desktop tab and click browse. navigate to where you saved the desktop picture and double click it. Then click ok.

Step 4: No More Toolbar

If your toolbar is locked then you will have to unlock it. Move your mouse the toolbar to where has the up and down symbol and click and drag it down. To change it back, right click on your desktop and go to arrange icons as, and click the show desktop icons button again. To make the toolbar reappear drag it up.
