Hey momoluvers, it's Momo and today I made a recipe inspired by Cutiepiemarzia's tutorial. She made a tutorial in her 10th episode of 'Marzia's Time' on cookies. She said hers didn't turn out how she wanted, so I decided to make my own version. If you want to watch Marzia's version of this tutorial, check out her video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OwfBx2RPj-Y

Step 1: Supplies

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

1. 1 cup flour
2. 1 tsp baking powder
3. 2 eggs
4. 2 tsp. Vanilla
5. 2 tbsp. Butter
6. 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Step 2: Dry Stuff

Put the flour and the baking powder into a medium sized bowl and whisk lightly to combine.

Step 3: Eggs

Crack one egg into a bowl and whisk.

Crack another and whisk again. If needed use a paddle spatula.

Step 4: The Sweets

Add vanilla, granulated sugar, and 1tbsp softened butter. Mix with the spatula

Step 5: Knead It! Knead It Real Good!

Knead the dough with your hands. At this point, it should be a thick dough that bounces back. Unfortunately, I did something wrong and the dough was more of a cake batter, but it'll still taste good!

Step 6: Baking

Line a cooking pan with parchment paper and pipe well kneaded balls onto the pan. Bake for about 12-14 minutes.

Step 7: Frosting

When done, top the cookies with any kind of frosting you like. I chose Nutella, because DUH!

Step 8: Finished!

That's it! I hope you enjoyed this tutorial. All of us mess up sometimes and I think mistakes and flaws should be celebrated, not hidden! Let me know if y'all try this, and if it turns out better;)
