Step 1:

Get a sticky note and place it in your desk top.

Step 2: Fold Like This

fold to the side to have a middle part in the other side

Step 3: Unfold

unfold it and you should have this crease

Step 4:

fold it again the same way but the other side

Step 5: Unfold

unfold and do this crease to have an equal part

Step 6: Shape

put the down part upper than the top part

Step 7: Start Making the Heart Shape Side

fold the side to the side to make the first side of the heart

Step 8: Other Side

then add the other crease heart side

Step 9:

you should have this.
