Step 1: You Will Need
Cardboard
Round object
Head band
Sharpie
Glue
Red and white acrylic color
Paintbrush
Scissor

Step 2: Cut
Trace round in your desirable size using marker on cardboard .
Cut it nicely.
In round make a cut shown in the picture below. So it can nicely attach to the head band.

Step 3: Color
Paint that rounds with red.
After that by using white color make some dots.

Step 4: Glue
After drying it glue on your head band..
