Introduction: Doctor Nature: Regrowing Vegetables

Have you ever wanted to regrow vegetable scraps, well guess what you can. In this guide I will show you exactly how to do it with vegetables such as lettuce, onions, carrots and a lot more. Good luck!

Supplies

-You will need:

  1. vegetable scrap (carrots, onions, lettuce, etc)
  2. Water
  3. Saml containers or jars
  4. Soil (optional)
  5. A sunny spot
  6. Plastic wrap or bag


Step 1: Begin

  1. Cut the vegetable scrap into the right size, the bottom 2 inches ( depend on the container or jar)
  2. Put the scrap in the jar, pour enough water to cover about half

Step 2: The Growing Process

  1. Check on your scrap every day to see if it has grown
  2. Change out water every 2-3 days

See if they have grown roots after a week or two

Step 3: Tips

Your vegetable scrap will grow faster and better if its in a sunny environment.
