Step 1: Deconstructing

Step 1: First i took the bent frame and cut all jointed peaces off

Step 2: Cutting New Frame

Step 2: I measured a 48x48 inch base/top and a 21 1/2 inch tall piece of square tubing for the side of the frame.

Step 3: Once measured begin cutting out the measured pieces.

Step 3: Top and Bottom Frame

Step 4: layed out my 48x48 inch pieces of square tubing and began welding corners.

Step 5: Grind welds to lay flush against the tubing.

Step 4: Center Cross Beam

Step 6: Place center cross beam in center of frame and tack in.

Step 5: Side of Box

Step 7: Square off your side beams to corners and mid way between corners and weld on.

Step 6: Final Results

Step 8: Place already welded frame on top of corners and weld into place.
