Drawing an Elephant

Step by step drawing

Supplies

Paper ,Any color pencil -Black marker or pencil -Drawing compass (optional) -Ruler (optional)

Step 1: Step 1:

Start by drawing a circle with a drawing compass (optional) or any circular object for a perfect circle with a light color pencil.

Step 2: Step 2:

Create a horizontal line at the top of your circle using a ruler

Step 3: Step 3:

Draw a diagonal line on both sides to then create a shape of a diamond

Step 4: Step 4

We will then draw a small line in the middle of your circle so that we can then create an inverted triangle.

Step 5: Step 5:

Then draw a line on both sides of the circle to measure to the the bottom. That way you can then connect all the points to create another triangle.

Step 6: Step 6

With this we can now start forming the face of the elephant.Follow the colored pencil, it will help you form the face and continue with the trunk.

Step 7: Step 7:

With the lines it will help you guide you where to draw the face, trunk,ears,eyes and the tusk.

Add details in the ears and trunk

Step 8: Step 8:

With the lines it will help you shape yout trunk with length and design of your choice.

Step 9: Step 9:

Finally you can then draw the ears creating a form of your choice and adding details. You can also add color !
