This project requires minimal tools. You'll need:

(2) sheets of 24" x 24" drywall

(1) knife

Some scrap wood (For the base) and something to cut it with. Any handheld saw will do.

Some scrap 2x4's (for the internal framing)

Step 1: Score the Drywall

Score both sheets of drywall down the center.

Step 2: Tape Edges

Tape all of the edges, temporarily, with painters tape.

Step 3: Establish Shape

Move the angles of the "box" freely to get your desired shape.

Step 4: Framing

Cut some 2x4s to reinforce the corners of your drywall.

Step 5: Plaster, Sand, Repeat

Apply plaster and drywall tape to the corners. Sand these down and repeat the process until you get your desired finish.

Step 6: Wood Base

Cut a wood base that mimics the shape of your drywall. I added an extra 1/4" spacer between the base and the drywall to act as a reveal.

Step 7: Enjoy Your Table

Find the perfect spot for your new table.
