Duct tape bows are easy and fun.
Materials: duct tape, a piece of paper and if you'd like a pony band
How to: cover your paper with duct tape, after that cut it down to the size you want, accordion fold then pinch the middle and wrap a thinner piece of duct tape around if you want to wrap it around a pony band as well
