Well, first instructable. So I saw this contest, and I decided to try something new, not sure if it qualifies as a wallet, but it holds money and pens. There are already so many attempts at normal bifold duct tape wallets, so I decided not to show how I make mine. (They're pretty nice)

I made this in about 30 minutes just to get the idea out there. It needs a lot of finishing work, I went pretty fast and sloppy, but if people think its a good idea, I'll try to work out the kinks and make a high-quality version.

I decided sometimes, wallets are too bulky, and I always need to use pens, but i get stabbed when I put them in my pants pockets. (I don't use chest pockets or pocket protectors.... not my style)

All you need is duct tape, a couple rubber bands, velcro, and a knife.

When you're done, you'll have a place to discreetly place your money and your pens. The sleeve can easily be hidden under the sleeve of a jacket.

Anyways, lets start... If any of my instructions seem vague, I highly suggest you look at the picture steps, they're way more clear.

I'm open to any suggestions.

Step 1: Materials

Here's what you'll need:
-duct tape
-velcro
-rubber bands
-some sort of blade
-dollar bill
-pens

Step 2: Let's Begin

Start making a sheet of duct tape.
Measure out a strip of tape a few centimeters bigger than a bill. Cut it. Now do this again and make 4 strips total. Put two strips together, staggering them halfway over each other. Fold over one end. Now add the other two, and fold the last end over. You should now have a sheet slightly larger than a bill.

Now take the sheet and finish off the ends by cutting off any sticky part showing.

(I just realized now I should line up my pictures straight to fit these note boxes.... oh well)

Step 3: Wrist Straps

Now that you have your sheet, it's time to attach it to your wrist.

Start by winding out enough tape to wrap your wrist, and then roll some more out. Cut that off, and fold it in half lengthwise. Make another one of these measured out to the length of the upper forearm; it'll be much longer, don't underestimate the width of your upper forearm. Then fold that one in half lengthwise also.

Attach each strap to the sheet with another piece of tape putting them in the middle of the strips. Now, get your velcro. Cut off a couple inch-long strips and attach them to the ends of the straps. Make sure to place the velcro at some good spots to keep the straps tight.

Step 4: Bill Holders

So now get your rubber bands, cut one in half. Tape one end to the wrist strap slightly farther apart than the width of the bill, otherwise the bill won't fit. Tape the other end of the rubber band to the other end of the wrist strap. Make sure it's tight, but not too tight; this is what's going to be holding the money in. I suggest wrapping the middle section of the rubber band with tape to reduce the friction as you pull out the bills. Make sure you leave the rubber band sides untaped to allow some flexibility, otherwise you might as well make the whole thing out of duct tape... which would be pointless.

Now we're going to put a little lip on the other side of the sheet to keep the bill secure. Cut off another piece of tape, and fold it over like in the pictures. Cut the leftover rubber band bits and attach them to this lip, pretty much like you did for the other strap. This time though, get another strip of tape, and fold it over the lip to cover any sticky side. Now you should have a flapping lip flap thing with two little bits of rubber band sticking out. Attach these to the forearm strap, again, making it tight, but not too tight. Now you have some bill holders.

To take bills out, pull them by the ends right out at the wrist strap.

Step 5: Pen Holders... Optional

Well, now you're done, if all you want is to pull out some crisp bills secretly from your arm...

But read on if you want to magically pull out pens too.

This part is easy, and kind of unfinished... but it works.
Cut a piece of tape, about an inch long, and attach it to the forearm end of the sleeve thing, on top of the completed lip. Let it overhang the edge again, and fold it back over, to make a little pocket. Now cut another piece of tape slightly larger, and put it sticky on sticky on this exposed flap. Now you should have a pocket, with no sticky parts exposed. Now add a rubber band to hold the end caps of the pens. I did not attach the rubber band to the sleeve, but if you want, it would probably work better.

Step 6: Totally Unrelated
