Intro: Easily 3Dprint 2k 4k Uhd Projector Part 1:the Light Source

In this DIY project, I will assemble a 2K and 4K resolution projector using 3D printers and commercially available parts. I will provide a 3D print file when I am done.

STEP 1:


Use 2 point LEDs: xhp70

Paste it on the 3D printing bracket with instant glue and sand the back with a sandpaper

STEP 2:

Each LED needs to use a constant current power supply separately, set the voltage to 6V, and set it to a constant current of 4.8A or less.

STEP 3:

STEP 4:

It can be used as a flashlight after the battery is installed.

STEP 5:

The interior of the 3D printed lampshade is sprayed with a reflective paint, and the Fresnel lens is placed, and the light source portion is completed.

STEP 6:

It is already a handheld searchlight.
