It's a fantastic quick and easy Halloween costume or for a masquerade ball!

Supplies

Felt

Masquerade Mask Template

Ribbon (2 pieces, 15 inches long)

Glue Gun

Scissors

Pen

Step 1: Print Template

Print out the masquerade mask template and cut along the edge and cut out the eye holes.

Step 2: Trace Template

Place the template on the back of the fabric and trace around it with a pen or marker.

Don't forget to trace the eye holes!

Step 3: Cut Mask

Cut out the mask, following the traced pattern.

To make it easy to cut out the eye holes, fold the fabric in half at the eye. Then cut a small slit. Then put the scissors into the slit to cut out the rest of the hole.

Step 4: Glue on Ribbons

Use a glue gun to add a small drop of glue on one side of the mask. Attach the end of one of the ribbons. Repeat on the other side.

Step 5: Wear!

Once the glue has dries, your mask is ready to wear!

You can even take it an extra step and use glitter glue or fabric paints to decorate it further.

The pattern on this fabric was made by wet felting.
