Introduction: Easy Pizza Crust

About: I'm a career woman and a mom for 2 boys. Now we are creating our edible garden and try to avoid outside food. So we will plant our own vegetables and cook the nice food :)

Maybe this is not the best pizza crust recipe that you have or found before. But this is the most simple and fastest pizza crust recipe yet delicouse. My family love it and i have no problem to bake even on busy day. Find out the secret! ;)

Step 1: Easy to Remember Ingredient

250g unbleach flour
1 tb spoon butter
1 tb spoon sugar
1 tb spoon milk powder
1 tb spoon instant yeast
A pinch of salt
125 ml water

Mix all the ingredient. Knead the dough for 1 minute or until you have smooth dough.

The whole dough can get 1 large pizza size. Since i have small oven, i devided the dough to 4 and shape each into a ball. The size is about personal pizza size.

Cover the dough with a damp cloth for about 30 to 45 minutes.

Step 2: Let's Roll

Knead the dough a bit to push the air out then roll the dough to the thickness you want.
We like thin pizza base and flat edge. The topping must be less fluid otherwise you need the thicker edge to create the rim to keep the ingredient in the center.

Bake the pizza base to 3/4 cooked. It about 5 to 10 minutes in the oven depend on your pizza size.

Step 3: Bake Your Pizza With Topping You Like

You can continue to finish your pizza making with topping of your choice.

Step 4: Frozen Your Pizza Crust

Either it a left over or you make the pizza base extra on porpose, you can just simply frozen them in fridge up to a month. You can pack them all in one pack since it already cooked or pack them in individual packet so you can easily grab one in your busy day.

Next time you only need 10 minutes time to have a pizza.

Yeah.. If you see the ingredient, this will result the dough less springy. Less energy use to knead the dough :).
The crust a bit soft and my kids like it compare with the official ingredient which they choose to eat the topping only when we eat the pizza outside.

Never used this combination of ingredients for a pizzacrust. Isn't flour, water, yeast, salt and a little bit of olive oil the official way of making it? Or is this one just faster?

Actually the recipe is not for thin crust but i make it to the thickness and size i want. You can make to the thicknes you want and the whole dough is about large normal pizza size. Devide by 2 for the personal pizza size. Hope you will like it.

Your pizza looks beautiful and I love the idea to make a few extra crusts to freeze. I'm more of a puffy-crust pizza person, any mods to your recipe that would yield a slightly less thin crust?
