Introduction: Easy Savory Smoked Tofu Cheesecake
This recipe is one that I like to do whenever I'm in a hurry but need something creamy, savory, and delicious.
Supplies
Ingredients: 200g of smoked tofu, one large egg, half a cup of parmesan cheese, honey (optional), and spices.
Step 1: Add All Ingredients to a Bowl or a Blender
This recipe is straightforward to make, you need to add all ingredients to a bowl and make everything creamy by using an immersion blender or a regular blender.
First,crumble the tofu so is easier to mix, add the spices, the egg, and a teaspoon of honey. If you don't want to add honey, you can replace it with maple syrup.
Then blend everything until you achieve a smooth consistency.
Step 2: Add the Cheese and Mix
Step 3: Grease a Baking Dish and Preheat the Oven at 200ºC
My cheesecake turned out small and thin because I had not enough amount of ingredients, but if you double/triple this recipe you can achieve a bigger and thicker cheesecake.
Step 4: Bake the Cheesecake for 25 Minutes
Step 5: Enjoy With Friends!
Before serving it, allow the cheesecake to cool down for at least 10 minutes.
