Hello everyone! I wanted to share how to create a cozy autumn tablescape at home. My goal was to design something warm and inviting, as our table is a space where we share conversations, drink coffee, tackle homework, and simply enjoy each other’s company.

I typically don’t go all out when decorating my dining table, but I wanted to show you how I styled it using decor pieces I already had. I would love for you to join me in this decorating adventure!

Supplies

Items I'm adding to my table:

-White tablecloth runner

- Battery-operated leaf lights

- Reusing glass jars

- Mini pumpkins and other fall decorations

- Small "Hello Fall" sign

- Faux flowers

Step 1: Adding the Table Runner

I began by spreading my white tablecloth runner down the center of the table. Around Halloween, I purchased this tablecloth runner a few years ago at my local Walmart. After laying it out, I realized that I could achieve that look by layering two tablecloths if I wanted a fuller appearance.

Step 2: Adding Lights

Next, I decided to incorporate my battery-operated leaf lights, which I bought at Dollar Tree some time ago. I thought they would complement the autumn theme perfectly. If the lights are too long, you can simply take the end and overlap them.

Step 3: Adding Assorted Faux Pumpkins and Flowers

I also love adding mini pumpkins to my designs whenever possible, so I included them on the table along with some faux flowers I had cut.

Step 4: Creating a Faux Flower Centerpiece

As many of you know, I enjoy reusing glass jars, so I opted to use a pasta glass jar to display the flower centerpiece. The flowers I chose have a lovely wildflower look, featuring a mix of purple, yellow, and green hues.

Step 5: Adding Additional Fall Decorations

In front of the flower centerpiece, I placed a "Hello Fall" sign, along with a smaller glass jar filled with flowers to enhance the table's decor.

To finalize the tablescape, I added my two squirrels, which are a set of salt and pepper shakers I found at Dollar Tree. Aren't they just adorable?

Step 6:

Now the tablescape is complete! I love how simple it was to put together, and it truly creates a cozy atmosphere in our home. I lit a candle and placed it on the table, making the space feel warm and inviting. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy our morning coffee, gather, chat, and spend quality time as a family. Thank you for joining me as I created this cozy autumn tablescape!
