Intro: Flinn Xylophone Kit

This kit comes with 2 mallets, 8 pre-drilled and numbered bars, 2 side pieces, a base, and 20 screws.

STEP 1: Attach Sides to Base

Line up the two side pieces on the edges of the base and attach the corners with screws

STEP 2: Arrange the Bars

Each of the bars are labeled 1-8 with 1 being the smallest and 8 being the largest. Place them on top of the side bars in the correct order.

STEP 3: Attach Bars

Once the bars are arranged in the correct order use two screws per bar, one on either side, and a screwdriver to attach the bars to the sides. Do not screw the bars all the way in, leave space between the top of the screw and the bar so there is room for the bars to move slightly when hit with the mallets.

STEP 4: All Done!

so what kit is this? Or if made from scratch can you share plans?

This was made as a school project, yes it was made from scratch and unfortunately there are no plans for it.
