Introduction: Easy and Tasty Stir Fry
Easy, tasty, healthy. Stir fry with chicken, peppers, spring onion, ginger and soybean sprouts.
Step 1: What You Need
Here's what you need:
- diced chicken breast
- soy sauce
- sesame oil
- garlic
- ginger
- red and green pepper
- a few spring onions
- some soybean sprouts

Step 2: Marinating the Meat
Peel and crush the garlic and add it to the chicken, together with some soy sauce. Mix well and put in the fridge while you prepare the rest.
Step 3: Prepare the Vegetables
Cut the peppers and spring onions up. I usually cut the white part of spring onions in 1 cm pieces and the green part in rings. Peel the ginger and grate it.
Step 4: Cook the Meat
Take the pieces of chicken out of the marinade and stir fry them. Don't throw the marinade away since you will need it in the next step!
Step 5: Add the Vegetables
When the meat is cooked, add the vegetables. Sprinkle the rest of the marinade (soy sauce + garlic) over the vegetables and mix well.
Step 6: Final Step
When the vegetables are ready, remove from heat source and add some sesame oil. Don't add it when cooking because it will lose its flavour. Serve with rice. Enjoy!
