Egg Curry With Coconut Recipe- Enjoy Your Lunch Or Dinner With This Dish

Egg curry is one of the most delicious dishes that you can enjoy in your lunch or dinner. This egg curry can be more delicious if you use coconut in it. Well, today, we will talk about mouthwatering egg curry with coconut recipe.

Step 1: Ingredients

Boiled Egg(s) - 4-6 or as you required

Garam Masala – 1 tbsp

Grated Coconut – 1 cup

Coriander Powder – 1-2 tbsp

Red Chili Powder- 1-2 tbsp

Turmeric Powder – ½ tbsp.

Curry Leaves – 1-2 leaves

Onion – 1 Large

Tomato- 1 medium size

Garlic Paste- 1 tbsp

Ginger paste- 1 tbsp

Salt – 1 tbsp (as per taste)

Coconut Oil- 1- ½ tbsp

Mustard Seeds – 1 tbsp

Water – 2-3 cups

These are the things you need to collect for preparing this recipe.

Step 2:

First of all, you need to take a medium size pan. Give coconut oil in the pan and keep the flame medium. Add mustard seeds and fry for a minute. After that, add curry leaves. A few minutes later, add chopped onion and fry that until it becomes golden brown.

Step 3:

After this, mix chopped tomato and cook for a few minutes. Next add ginger paste, garlic paste, coriander, cumin, chili, turmeric, and salt. Mix all these ingredients properly and keep stirring.

Step 4:

Afterward, grind grated coconut and make it a smooth paste. Add this paste along with 2-3 cups water and make a thick gravy. Remember one thing, don’t keep much water, it is best when you will make the gravy thick.

Step 5:

Now, add 1 tbsp garam masala powder and salt. After that, leave this gravy for 5-8 minutes for boiling.

Step 6:

Next, add the oil eggs gently and mix those with the gravy. After cooking for 5 minutes, it will be ready to serve.

Here one thing is to be said that, you can cut the eggs into two pieces or keep it full.

Step 7:
