Use when first defining a hazard in the Hazards section of the user manual

Usage

Use throughout the user manual when the user should be notified of pre-defined hazard listed in the Hazards section of the user manual

Example

Note:

On OSX 10.9 you may get the message "can't be opened because it is from an unidentified developer." To avoid this, Navigate to the file in Finder Hold the “CTRL” button and click on the file Select “Open” from the menu At the prompt, confirm that you wish to open the file
