In Iraq we are facing a problem, there are very few girls who are interested in technology. That's why we thought as an initiative (Coding for Kids IRAQ) o organize a group of training courses for girls about technology in a fun way using microbit hardware and MakeCode platform.

In order to be able to organize training courses in programming for girls, we must find a suitable and safe place to organize the courses, The Station is an Entrepreneurship in Baghdad that provided full sponsorship to organize these courses Because she believes in the importance of developing this generation in programming.

We used the microbit in our courses because It contains a lot of features and ease of use, especially for young ages in addition to those who do not have knowledge about programming.
