Introduction: Extreme Bug Out Bag
We made this instructable because we needed to go through the inventory and thought we would share it with you. This bag is packed for two people and one day to survive in any weather.
Step 1: Food and Water
- One jar of peanut butter
- Two granola bars
- One pack of emergency food rations
- Twenty-Five ounces of drinking water
Step 2: First Aid Supplies
- First aid guide
- Sterile bandages, assorted sizes
- Safety pins
- Isopropyl alcohol prep pads
- Antibiotic ointment
- Two pair rubber gloves
- Sterile gauze pads
- Tweezers
- Antiseptic towelettes
- Sunscreen
- Tongue depressor blades
- Aspirin
- Anti diarrhea medication
- Antacid
- Laxative
- Vitamins
- Cold compress
- Splinter out
Step 3: Tools and Emergency Supplies
- Radio with a hand crank and solar panel that you can charge cell phones
- Shaker flashlight
- Headlamp with extra batteries
- Waterproof matches
- Multi tool
- Gas shut-off wrench
- Work gloves
- Duct tape
- Scissors
- Whistle
- Multi tool shovel
- Candles
- Rope
- Plastic sheeting
- Compass
Step 4: Clothes and Bedding
- Two ponchos
- Socks
- Two space blankets
- Shemagh
- Body, toe, and hand warmers
Step 5: Specialty
- Dust masks
- Pistol and ammo
- Paper, pen and/or pencil
- Deck of cards
- Sharp sturdy fixed blade

What exactly is the "situation" you are preparing for? (Ex: nuclear fallout, emp, government collapse, zombies, etc)

Just a basic emergency..but if there are zombies outside I'm bringing more firepower than my sidearm lol

I agree but my pack is only intended for 1 day so there is plenty of food and duct tape if needed

i'm glad shemaghs are catching on in western culture. i've been wearing one for years to brave the new york winters. i have to admit i do occasionally get called a terrorist (im irish, but you cant tell when i have the shemagh wrapped), but hey, small price to pay.

Lol yes I enjoy them as well but I am a Greek with a beard so even after I take it off I get some looks lol but im warm
