Polymer clay Fairy

Materials used in this project:

- Polymer clay (Fimo soft)

- Aluminium wire (1mm)

- carboard box (as support)

- parchment paper

- chalk pastel

Step 2: Body and Legs

Apply a wire in the center of the torso as structure

I've used a cardboard box covered with parchment paper as support for my doll. It will go to the oven too.

Step 3: Dress

The dress is made with two parts (a top and a skirt) that will be unified

Step 4: Arms and a Few Details

Making the arms, finishing the dress and adding a few details at the boots

Step 5:

The head and the hair

Step 6:

At the doll's back apply two wires. After baking they will be replaced by the wings

Bake the doll in the oven during 30 minutes at 110°C/ 230°F

After baking remove the wires on the back and glue the wings

To give her a pinkish hue I used chalk pastel

You can apply varnish (Optional)
