Intro: Fanta Tombstone Cupcakes!

Today I present my Fanta Tombstone Cupcakes! Super easy to make and extra delish!

STEP 1: Prepare Cupcake Batter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Add cake mix, fanta, vegetable oil, and eggs to a large bowl and mix until fully combined. Place cupcake liners on a cooking sheet and scoop batter into the cups. Bake according to package directions about 13-15 minutes.

STEP 2: Prepare Icing

While cupcakes are in the oven add cream cheese icing to a bowl along with multiple drops of green food coloring; mix until desired color is met. Next add green icing to a piping bag along with a grass tip and set aside. Add "white" icing to a piping bag and spell out "RIP" on the chocolate sandwich cookies.

STEP 3: Finish Decorating Cupcakes

Remove cupcakes from oven and allow to cool significantly before adding the icing.Once cupcakes have cooled add icing and "RIP" cookie to finish the look.

Tasty! So do you just replace however much water the Cake Mix calls for with the Fanta? Also, did you bake your cupcakes on a flat baking sheet? How well does that work, I was worried that would make them fall flat and spill.

Hey! Thank you so much for the feedback! Yes I replaced the water with Fanta, and I used a flat baking sheet. Surprisingly the cupcakes came out perfect! I also used an ice cream scoop to evenly distribute the batter into each cup. I didn't have any issues with spillage or flat cupcakes. If you're still worried you could always use a muffin tin pan.
